Fleur van der Bend, MSc
Fleur started as a consultant at Hezelburcht Nijmegen, in November 2024. With a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a master’s in Circular Economy, she decided to continue her career here at Hezelburcht. During her studies, Fleur gained extensive experience with companies in the manufacturing industry. This is where she discovered her passion for connecting technology, sustainability, and business management.
What appeals to me about my work at Hezelburcht is the variety of projects and the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of companies. This gives you a unique insight into their operations and ensures continuous learning and innovation. I draw a lot of energy from working on innovation; discovering new developments and contributing to groundbreaking projects inspires me. Outside of work, I enjoy being creative. I spend my free time working on various design projects, such as graphic design and creative concepts, as well as organising events, outings, and parties for friends and family. My drive, enthusiasm, and goal-orientation define both my professional and personal life.
