Establishing a partnership between public and/or private parties is important, and sometimes even mandatory in certain grant schemes. Finding the right collaboration partners to contribute to a large collaborative project can be time-consuming. Which SMEs can provide part of the innovation? Which knowledge institutions have the right expertise and resources for research? Do you need help finding and binding the right partners for a partnership? Hezelburcht will gladly support you in this: after all, we have thousands of relations in our database with whom we already collaborate. We also help formulate a joint approach and divide responsibilities.
Connect and make an impact
For each partnership, we strategically look for the best partner(s) for your project, whether this is a long-term collaboration or a temporary consortium. How do we do this?
Strategy
- We map out the mission and vision of the stakeholders.
- We look at the needs and qualities; what is missing within the project/collaboration?
- We draw up a draft collaboration and analyse the possible collaboration. Where necessary, it is adapted and improved.
Compile
- In this phase, we bring parties together.
- For this, we organise networking events or try to match parties to projects ourselves.
Maintain
- Besides strategic guidance, we also do project management support. We ensure that partners honour agreements and guarantee deadlines.
- We coordinate budgets so that you have a clear picture of what is coming in and going out.
- We offer support in maintaining your (grant and/or project) administration.
