Schiphol Nederland BV (SNBV)

Schiphol Nederland BV (SNBV) is the main airport operator in the Netherlands, making it a major airport in Europe. It is also home to Dutch airline KLM, among others. As with all other organisations within the Netherlands, sustainability is a theme that can no longer be ignored. Through the EASZE project, Schiphol is working on a Zero-Emission electrification airport.

The EASZE-project

EASZE project is coordinated by Schiphol Nederland BV (SNBV), in collaboration with KES (KLM Equipment Services BV). The EASZE project focuses on accelerating the widespread implementation of crucial infrastructure to power stationary aircraft and zero-emission airport ground handling operations. The project will be implemented at the TEN-T core network airports of Amsterdam (AAS) and Rotterdam The Hague (RTHA). The implementation is planned to be realised by the end of 2026.
