The year of celebration has started: Hezelburcht exists 30 years!
The celebration year of 2025 has begun. This year, Hezelburcht marks its 30th anniversary since its founding in 1995: a pearl anniversary. Three decades of leadership in the grant consultancy sector. Since 1995 we have been writing great stories every day. All those chapters have shaped our company to where we are today: seven offices full of ambitious colleagues who are making impact every day within their area of expertise. Driven by ambitions, we will start writing a new chapter in 2025: in addition to Dutch, German and European grants, we now support relations with Belgian grant programmes!
Authenticity drives growth: 30 years and counting
Driven by ambitions, Hezelburcht has remained the same company for 30 years, with the same culture and company values. Hezelburcht is authentic, not just because of its unique name, but also because of our identity. This identity is defined by our colleagues (also known as ‘Hezelburgers’), who are driven by personal motivations and a desire to make impact in their field.

Our unique selling point is quality. This isn’t simply an aspiration, but rather a result of the highly qualified and dedicated Hezelburgers. Quality is our key differentiator, something we are immensely proud of. This was already in 1995, and remains so 30 years on. This is the reason why clients continue to trust us year after year, and why Hezelburcht continues to create new success stories every year.
An anniversary year full of new stories
In 2025, we will first unveil our new colourful anniversary brand identity and we prepare ourselves for a great anniversary party with all Hezelburgers. Throughout the year, we will regularly reflect on past stories, but we will also look forward to the stories yet to come.
New chapter: Belgian national grants
A new chapter in the Hezelburcht story is our focus on the Belgian market. From our Brussels office, we will no longer focus solely on European grants but will also begin applying for regional and national Belgian grants. With this, Hezelburcht is now a grants specialist in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and EU grant programmes.
