Digital Europe opens first calls for proposals for digital innovations
The first calls for proposals of the Digital Europe Programme are now open for applications. There is almost € 2 billion available for investments aimed to advance on the digital transition. Continue reading to learn more about these calls.
For what and whom is Digital Europe?
Are you currently developing or willing to invest in for example:
- cloud to edge infrastructure
- data spaces
- artificial intelligence (AI)
- quantum communication infrastructure
- advancing people’s digital skills
- cybersecurity
- European Digital Innovation Hubs…
…then apply for one of the Digital Europe calls for 2022! The calls are open to businesses (from start-ups to SMEs), organisations and public administrations from EU Member States, as well as entities from other countries associated to the Digital Europe Programme.
Budget
There is a total budget of € 1.98 billion, of which € 269 million will go to cybersecurity and € 329 million to the set-up and operation of European Digital Innovation Hubs. The rest (€ 1.38 billion) will go to the other focus areas mentioned above.
